I must admit, I fell for Johnny Depp and his approach in the court.
With his cool style and his funny answers to the questions and how he smiles scornfully at stupid questions.
A cool guy I thought.
In the beginning.
Then I started to think.
It would have been cool and funny if he would have been a guy in his 20s.
But he is not, he is over 50 and you could require a more grown-up behavior from him.
The court and the trial is a drama and he plays in it, and that is a really sad story.
Not one of them is acting dignified and makes them satisfactory as a winner.
Johnny Depp has made a career as an actor with his cool, hipness rockstar approach.
And that has been a winner. He has made a couple of memorable figures with his laid-back rockstar style.
But they are all almost the same, the rockstar image figure.
And he has made a lot of money on those figures, I admit, I am jealous and impressed.
But it is in one way only a kid's rockstar dream.
I have had that, standing with my electric guitar in my boy's room, dreaming of fame and girls.
When I see him now he is still that boy, dreaming of being that rockstar, as it looks.
Isn't it a bit sad?
To be honest I don't remember any movie that Amber Heard has been in. Except "The Danish Girl" and that was a memorable movie but not because of her, only because of the story.
In court, she has not impressed me as an actor.
Her crocodile tears aren't impressive.
Yes, I know, these well-chosen cuts that we see on the internet are not saying all.
But they show us a bit of her.
I don't know who is telling the truth and who is lying, and I don't think we will, but I am glad that my picture of the trial has changed.
Amber Heard has not chosen lawyers with a smart attitude, they seem sometimes stupid and not so well loaded with facts and scrolls in all the papers they have in front of them. That gives no serious impression.
If Johnny Depp has done these to Amber Heard he is an asshole and should lose big.
Has she lied for a chance to make some money on that story, is she a sad person with no self-respect and should lose.
None of them is going to be a winner anyway and both are losing, at least for many years and none of them are telling the entire truth.
The strange thing is that we, the audience, have taken part and have decided who is the truth-teller and if we follow the media it seems to be Johnny.
I don't think it is so easy, you have to be two in a fight.
The future will tell, and in a couple of years will this drama be forgotten and another will be in the headlines.
This has become the modern gladiator fights we love to follow.
